What payments do you accept?
We accept payment by BACS, cheques made out to FinTuition Ltd, Visa and Mastercard. American Express cards will only be accepted on pound invoices. If you wish to make a payment using your American Express card and you have an US dollar account, it can only be made if your US dollar invoice is converted in a pound amount. We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause.

When will I receive my invoice?
Invoices will be sent out with your registration confirmation. This will be emailed to you shortly after you send through your booking.

I've just received mail from you. Where did you get my details?
We got your address details from a mailing list you are part of. If you don't want to receive any more mail from us, please tell us your name and address, and we'll have your details removed from our mailing list. Call us anytime on +44 (0) 845 2303 065 or send an email to info@fintuition.com.

What are you going to do with my information and how can I protect my privacy?
We are registered with the Data Protection Act 1998, so will not sell your information onto anyone else. We may send you brochures and emails throughout the year to keep you updated on our courses, but you can easily remove yourself by calling us on +44(0) 845 2303 065 or email to info@fintuition.com.

What are your terms and conditions??
Upon submitting your registration information for a course, you are accepting responsibility for payment of 100% of the course fees. Payment must be received before the first day of the event. In case of late payment, FinTuition Ltd maintains the right to apply interest of 8.5% p.a. In order to receive a full refund you must cancel your booking in writing at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled date. Between this date and 5 business days before the course, we will refund your fee less 50%. No refunds will be made within 5 business days of the course. Should you cancel within the 10 day period, you may send a substitute delegate to the course at no additional cost, or transfer your booking to a later date at a 25% administrative fee. If FinTuition changes the date of a course for which a booking has been made and the cancellation is due to an inability to attend on the new dates, a full refund will be made.
