Registration Form
After completing the booking form, you will receive an email from us
acknowledging that we have received your booking request. Please note that this
does not constitute acceptance of your booking. All bookings are subject to
availability and formal acceptance by us. If your booking has been accepted, we
will send you a further email stating that your booking has been confirmed.
Attached to the email will be our invoice and further information about the
course. If the course is fully booked, we will notify you by email, giving you
an option to be placed on the waiting list for the course date you have made a
booking for or to reschedule to another course date.
Special Promotion: Book four delegates on any of our courses and send the fifth
delegate for free! This offer applies only if the delegates are booked on the
same course and attend at the same time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy

Upon submitting your registration information for a
course, you are accepting responsibility for payment of 100% of the course
fees.

Payment must be received before the first day of the
event.

In order to receive a full refund you must cancel your
booking in writing at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled date.

Between this date and 5 business days before the
course, we will refund your fee less 50%.

No refunds will be made within 5 business days of the
course.

Should you cancel within the 10 day period, you may
send a substitute delegate to the course at no additional cost, or transfer
your booking to a later date at a 25% administrative fee.

If FinTuition changes the date of a course for which a
booking has been made and the cancellation is due to an inability to attend on
the new dates, a full refund will be made.
